RULES/REGULATIONS
General Rules/Regulations:
MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER
1. No Foul Language, Profanity, Insults.
2. No Complaining about a price
3. Do not post unless you are Purchasing an item.
4. If you have a problem with the price, Don't buy it.
Seller Rules/Regulations:
1. Must post CURRENT pictures of the Piece of glass aswell as a PRICE.
2. Glass MUST NOT be dirty.
3. A Picture with a Piece of paper with Name/Date/TBB(TheBoroBay) is REQUIRED.
4. A sale may NOT turn into an auction after it has been Dib'd
5. ONE (1) Bump Allowed per 24hrs
6. Must Close thread after sale.
7. Delivery Confirmation & Shipping insurance is HIGHLY ADVISED.
8. All glass MUST be sent BOMBPROOF.
Buyer Rules/Regulations:
1. DIBS=Must purchase
2. If you dibs something it must be paid for within 72 hours. Unless agreement made between persons
3. Do not offer on an item or Dibs an item if you do not have the Funds readily Available to avoid any inconvenience
4. First Person to DIBs an item WRITTEN ON the post. Its THEIRS.
5. Bids in "Taking Offers" section are active for Twenty Four (24) hours. You may not retract a bid within this time.
Consequences:
FAILURE TO COMPLY TO ALL RULES MAY RESULT IN AUTOMATIC BAN FROM AN ADMINISTRATOR
THE BORO BAY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEMS LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED.
